SOCIAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT (SIA)
WHAT WE DO ?
We prepare Social Impact Assessment reports for investors that wish to apply for a loan from international and national banks.
Also, we carry out audits according to requirements of lenders concerned with social issues. We develop solutions to detect, eliminate and correct deficiencies.
We prepare “Livelihood Restoration Plan” and “Resettlement Action Plan” reports, required by lenders, in cases where expropriation and resettlement is in question within the scope of the investment.
HOW WE DO ?
We have been in this business for ten years. We are supported by academics and consultants for subjects that require expertise.
In order to prepare these report, site visit is conducted at least once - more than once if needed - to the project area.
While we prepare these reports we go at least once, or more than once if necessary, to the region of investment. We conduct questionnaires and meetings, also gather all the necessary information for the client. As a result, we prepare a report which includes social risks of the project, and also mitigtaion measures in order to avoid or mitigatethe impacts of projects in compliance with national and international standards.
